MEET LYNN CONNER
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working in inpatient psychiatric settings, outpatient therapy, cancer counseling, group therapy, and residential treatment. I have extensive experience working with adults struggling with anxiety, body image concerns, self-worth concerns, boundary setting, relationship issues, trauma, and depression. I'm also passionate about creating safe spaces for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
I strongly believe that great therapy is about establishing an authentic relationship of both trust and empathy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment for you to share your story and explore what may be holding you back.

APPROACH
As a therapist, my approach is strengths-based and person-centered, allowing you to access the tools you already have inside you to move forward. I pull from many different treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness to help create a treatment style that is individualized to your specific needs.
You deserve to feel understood, supported, and challenged. Together we can identify what may be getting in the way of you living a more fulfilling life.
