My experience includes depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, body image, grief, self-image, identity development, life transitions, and working with the LGBTQ+ community.

APPROACH
I believe in meeting my clients where they are for a meaningful, authentic, and collaborative therapeutic experience. I aim to see clients from a holistic perspective, recognizing that each individual has their own experiences and circumstances that have made them who they are. I utilize a range of therapeutic frameworks when working with clients including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to best meet the needs of my clients.
Therapy should be a safe, judgment-free zone where clients can be fully themselves, and I am here to support each of my clients as unique individuals. If you think I could be a good fit for you, I’d be grateful to walk with you during your therapy journey.
