MEET NICOLE MIELNICKI
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor providing mental health services in the Charlotte, NC area. I am certified in Nutritional Mental Health and Trauma Focused CBT. I have worked with both adolescents and adults in the hospital setting, office setting, telehealth, and various community settings.
My clinical focus includes working with complex trauma, suicidal ideations, grief/loss, self-esteem/self-worth, relationship struggles, and identity development. I am passionate about the impact physical health has on mental health, accepting and expressing emotions in a healthy way, and prioritizing your needs and wants in all aspects of life.

I am also providing Clinical Supervision for Provisionally Licensed Social Workers! I obtained Clinical Supervision certification through NASW, and am currently accepting supervisees in the individual and group setting. As a supervisee, this is the time for you to make the mistakes, ask the questions, and begin building your own niche/style as a clinician. As your supervisor, I will assist in your exploration, while helping you sharpen your skillset so you feel confident and ready to practice on your own once fully licensed!
