APPROACH

I utilize a clinically integrative approach based on each client’s individual needs, as therapy is not a "one size fits all" situation. I stem from a strength-focused, and person-centered approach utilizing a variety of techniques, including but not limited to, Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and expressive approaches including elements of mindfulness, experiential therapies, art and narrative therapy.

My practice is aligned with a Health at Every Size (HAES) and weight inclusive approach to provide a non-judgmental space for clients to feel safe and reconnect  with their mind and body.
